Orders ship within 10 business days, depending upon availability and weather conditions. Most orders ship within 5 days, or less. Live plant orders ship Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday for delivery on Thursday, Friday or Saturday.
Your credit card will not be charged until your order ships. Email confirmation and tracking information is provided once an order ships.
Additional shipping charges may apply to over-sized or express orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii. We will contact you regarding any additional shipping costs.

We do our best to have all plants on hand at all times, but weather conditions and seasonal availability may limit some selections. Substitutions will be made if a similar plant or product is available. If there are no obvious substitutions, we will contact you about a replacement or refund.

Plant Packaging
Water lilies & lotus are shipped bare root, with seasonal growth, in individual plastic bags. Water lilies often ship with multiple leaves and flower buds.
Marginal and bog plants are shipped bare root, with seasonal growth, unless otherwise noted.
Oxygenating plants are bunched using rubber bands, and shipped in plastic bags.
