Our Guarantee
We ship only the highest quality plants and products, and we guarantee that our plants will arrive healthy and complete. If you are not satisfied with any part of your order, we will provide a replacement or refund at your request.
Please contact us before returning damaged plants or products.
While we guarantee that our plants will arrive healthy and complete, we cannot be held responsible if the plants ordered are not suitable for your climate, growing conditions, or pond or aquarium water chemistry.
Catfish Logic will substitute similar items, if the ordered plant or item is out of stock. If there are no substitutions available, we will contact you about a replacement plant, or a refund.
Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.
We value your privacy. We never have, and never will sell, loan, or otherwise distribute our list of customers and newsletter recipients.
Wholesale and Bulk Orders
We offer wholesale pricing opportunities for landscapers, retailers and plant nursery professionals. We also offer a a special bulk discount for customers who are interested in placing a large bulk order.
Wholesale Pricing
Wholesale pricing is a 40% discount off our low retail pricing. Wholesale pricing is only available for live pond plants, and does not include any sales and specials. You can order your plants through our website by using your wholesale login before placing your order.
Minimum Order
The minimum order for all wholesale shipments is $800, before the wholesale discount of 40%. Shipping charges will be added to your order total.
Shipping & Handling Charges
Actual shipping charges will be added to the total when your order ships. All orders are shipped via US Priority Mail on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday.
Plant Packaging
All plants are shipped bare root, with seasonal growth.

Bulk Orders (non-wholesale)
We offer a special bulk order discount for our non-wholesale customers who order $500 or more in pond plants in a single order. Simply enter the discount code BULK when you are completing your order, and you will automatically receive a 20% discount on any live plants. This discount only applies to plants. In order to qualify, you must spend $500 or more on pond plants, before shipping charges and the 20% discount.
